Be better, become the best. Long term youth performance training will make you stronger, quicker, and more agile than the competition.
For athletes ages 13-19, ADAPT (Athletic Development and Performance Training) is a program that is designed to improve athletic performance, coordination, mobility, and injury prevention. ADAPT focuses on long term athletic development for continued progress. Athletes will work with a coach on creating a program that is unique to their personal athletic development. The key to this program is it builds upon itself and continues to evolve as the athlete develops and masters skills; providing a dynamic training effect which is controlled by each individual athlete.
Athletes are able to workout at the facility between 4:00 and 5:30pm Monday through Thursday to complete that day’s personalized assigned workout. Workouts vary depending on areas of focus and what the athlete will need to complete, but each workout should take approximately one hour. Athletes are highly encouraged to come in everyday, but programs can be tailored to work with other schedules and obligations.
Pricing is $169/month, with a minimum of a 3-month commitment.

Tuesday: 11 am – 1 pm, 4 pm – 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am – 9:30 am, 4 pm – 5:30 pm
Thursday: 11 am – 1 pm, 4 pm – 5:30 pm
