Youth and High School Athlete Training
Focusing on power and explosive movement, our performance classes are designed to give youth athletes the cutting edge they need to out play and out maneuver their opponent. Youth, coaches and parents notice significant gains in speed, agility, and power when athletes attend classes and train during open gym. Classes and open gym is available for single and multi-sport athletes ages 13 and up.
Both classes and open gym are co-ed, all sports welcome.
Athletic Development and Performance Training (ADAPT)
Monthly membership $135/mo
- Open Gym: Athletes will have time to complete their resistance training workouts, learn more advanced exercises that will aid them in performance improvements, gain total body strength and stability, and develop a solid athletic base. A coach is on hand at all times to assist athletes, teach higher level resistance training applications, and also to ensure all athletes are moving in a positive direction.
BONUS – membership also includes access to ALL Athlete Performance classes
Open Gym hours: Monday – Thursday from 3:00pm – 5:30pm
- Athlete Performance Training Classes: These classes focus on blending strength with speed and agility. These classes contain strength, agility, power, and speed training at an accelerated level. Each class will have different training style and format allowing athletes to be trained in multiple ways. These classes are included in the ADAPT membership, but may also be purchased separately without a membership.
Tuesday: 6:00 – 7:15pm
Thursday: 7:00 – 8:15pm
Saturday: 10:30 – 11:45am
