Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are growing in popularity due to the affordability, flexibility and sense of camaraderie.  At Warriors of Fitness all of our classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers.  We take care in ensuring our members that their fitness and safety are our first concerns.  We make each class challenging for each member by limiting the number of participants to provide as much personal attention as possible.

  • Hard Core – Hard Core is a great class that can be modified to meet each individual’s needs. The class is designed to allow a mix of abilities and intensities to workout at the same time and still get a great workout. For those that wish to challenge themselves and get a great sweat going.   • New! *Parent Child Hard Core – is designed to bring parents and their kids together. Work side-by-side in a program for kids but that is also fun and rewarding for adults as well. These classes are geared for youth and will incorporate mostly body weight exercises. Currently only available on Saturday Mornings from 9:30-10:15. Click here to learn more. Trainer: Brandon
  • BOSU Blast – BOSU is a completely unique, multidimensional workout that focuses on balance, as well as resistance training to build muscular strength, and includes a mix of cardiovascular movements. BOSU, which stands for “Both Sides Up” – is an inflated rubber dome on a flat round platform. This class is a total body workout.  Trainer: Jenny
  • Cardio Kick – A fusion of aerobics and boxing that involves combinations of punches and kicks that are usually repeated multiple times to ensure mastery. –  This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Trainer: Jenny
