We take performance training seriously at Warriors of Fitness. In fact, we’ve made it a premium service we call Personal Performance (P2). This all-inclusive program is engineered to give you fun and challenging workouts based on your goals and abilities that you set with your training coach. Unlike typical gyms where your cost is based on membership plus added fees for classes and personal training, WOF costs are based solely on training. WOF understands your need for change. Typically you join a gym because you recognize there is a need to change a path you are currently on. But what do you do after you join? What steps are you going to take to make that change? Do you know what to do to be able to change? Who is going to help you get there? What happens when you don’t see a change, and how do you fix that? Whether your goal is to lose 10 or 50 pounds, train to complete in a 5k, half marathon, an Obstacle course race, or just getting into great shape, training at Warriors of Fitness makes your wish for change a reality. That’s what WOF specializes in; helping you get from where you are to where you want to be.
P2 is with you every step of the way. Starting with the initial interview with your training coach through your end goal and beyond, you will aid in the development of a plan of action that will be continually evolving. Work with your coach on training, nutrition, life obstacles, goals, and anything else standing in your way. This means that when you step foot in Warriors of Fitness, you will know what to do every time. Take the guessing game out of your training program, and take a step toward changing your life.
Expect to be held accountable for your training and your goals, meaning if you are not showing up, we will find out why. You will not be allowed to just have a membership and not use it. We want success for you, and for that you need to be here. Don’t get lost in the mix like you can at most chain gyms.

Unlimited Group Class: Hard Core is a group training class which combines cardio with strength for a balanced approach to overall fitness. Kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls, and resistance bands are just a few pieces of our equipment line up we use for every class. Every class is different so your workouts will never get old or redundant.

- Open Gym time: Come in as often as you can. Take this time for your workout, nutritional advice and questions, program changes, and anything else you need to help you reach your goals.

- Nutritional coaching: One – on – One nutritional coaching and support providing you with a course of action that works best for your activity and more importantly, the specific needs of your body.
- Seminars and Workshops: Coming soon, hands-on seminars and workshops will be available on a variety of topics health and fitness related that will aid you in your success. From breaking down and progressing lower body exercises, to changing out some common snacks for better options, and many topics in between, you will learn different strategies and recommendations which can have significant impacts on your success.
